SkySpeed is a GPS speedometer for Wear OS watches. It shows how fast you are currently moving. This policy describes exactly what the app does with your data.
SkySpeed does not collect, store, transmit, or share your location. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
SkySpeed requests the precise location permission
(ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION). It is used for one purpose: to read your current ground
speed from the watch's GPS receiver and display it on screen.
SkySpeed obtains location through Google Play services' fused location provider, which is part of the Android operating system rather than part of this app. How that operating system component handles location is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, not by this one.
Two settings, held in the app's own private storage on the device and nowhere else:
Both are removed when you uninstall the app.
SkySpeed contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no crash reporting SDKs. Its only dependency that touches your data is the Google Play services location component described above.
SkySpeed is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
